Performance Marketing Leaders Clickbooth Acquire Affiliate Tracking Dashboard ThriveTracker

Clickbooth, worldwide #1 affiliate network, proprietary performance exchange, and a portfolio company of private equity firm Centre Lane Partners, has acquired Thrive by iPyxel Creations, a software that helps affiliates and performance marketers manage their business. The product will be rebranded to ThriveTracker. Clickbooth plans to run ThriveTracker as a stand-alone division and complement to its current suite of technology offerings in the performance marketing space.

“Adding ThriveTracker to the growing portfolio of services Clickbooth provides its clients was a no-brainer,” said Erin Cigich, CEO of Clickbooth. “We believe in the performance marketing space. We have known Tom Fang, Thrive founder, for years and watched him build a product that very clearly punches above its weight. It acts as a “home base” for affiliates to monitor the performance of their campaigns and is a vital tool we see all of our top affiliate partners using to increase the quality, consistency and volume of traffic they can drive. We are planning to immediately invest in additional resources to augment the development and customer service teams.”

Performance marketing is the engine that powers the internet. In every new traffic channel (Native, Mobile, Social, etc) or vertical (Health, Beauty, Finance, Dating, etc) it’s the affiliate marketers that are the first movers, learning how to best drive value for advertisers and monetize the user base for publishers. While Clickbooth provides affiliates with access to hundreds of curated offers to promote, ThriveTracker allows them to monitor the performance of their content, creatives and traffic sources, providing a full picture of their business.

Tom’s ferocious approach to incorporating new technology has led them to offer one of the only platforms available as both a world-class self-hosted or cloud-hosted solution, with cloud-based users enjoying the incredible benefits of Amazon Web Services. Not only have they developed a tracking platform with the fastest redirect speeds worldwide, but ThriveTracker also offers a state-of-the-art geo-redirect/bot filter to keep your traffic from being contaminated by bot clicks, a “Branches” feature to allow for complex funnels to incorporate multiple rotations and split-testing of steps in the funnel, multi-variable drill-down reporting with day/week parting abilities, the Landing Page Pixel which allows for a 0ms redirect, and an API for true programmatic access to all reporting and campaign management functions.

“Tremendous thought and consideration was taken throughout the sale process to ensure that we found a buyer who really appreciates our business, understands how to operate it properly and is capable of providing the resources to develop its potential and accelerate growth in the future.” said Tom Fang, ThriveTracker Founder. “After thorough diligence and getting to know the Clickbooth team over the last 5 years, they are clearly the perfect match.”

Following the acquisition, Clickbooth has hired Stephen Ierardi II as Director of Sales for the ThriveTracker division. “The software has really spoken for itself, winning major market share based entirely on word of mouth from happy users. ThriveTracker has already earned a reputation for bringing the latest and greatest technology into the space of performance marketing tracking platforms,” said Stephen. “For myself and team, we are really looking forward to furthering the mission that Tom started with: creating the very best performance tracking software and making it accessible to all. It’s a mammoth first act to follow up, but we are confident in our abilities and believe our available resources will continue to keep ThriveTracker at the top of the industry.”
