Small Business To Benefit From New Facebook Feature

In an attempt to help small businesses manage their different accounts on the three Facebook platforms, Messenger, Instagram, and Facebook, the social media giant is introducing a new feature. This new feature will make it easier for businesses with accounts on multiple Facebook platforms, to follow how their customers are using and interacting with the three applications.

The small business owner will be able to utilize one primary mailbox to receive emails from the three services. Whenever someone provides feedback, writes a review, or posts a comment, the business will receive an email detailing the activity.  In addition, the business will be able to respond directly via the primary mailbox, rather than having to open up each individual platform that they want to respond on.

For businesses that prefer to reply by using each individual app, that option will still be available. In addition, customers publically available profiles will be available to be viewed right from the primary inbox, as well as historical information about the customer’s interactions.
