Facebook has launched a new tool in the Ads Manager to help identify under-performing advertisements. The ads that are flagged as poor performers will also get tips from the tool on how they can be improved. This is designed to help advertisers learn more about their ads and how to get the best results with the investment.
It looks at a number of different factors for each ad including how many people it is reaching, the type of people it is reaching and much more. In addition to the obvious benefits of helping advertisers spot poorly performing ads and improving them, this tool will also help people to learn to create and launch better ad campaigns from the beginning.
The platform has begun rolling out to all marketers and can be found in the Ads Manager. It may take a couple weeks before the launch has been made available to all users.
This is part of Facebook’s attempt to try to maximize the marketing dollars that people are spending. This will, of course, help attract more advertisers to the platform and improve the overall quality of the social network.
