I got a copy of an interesting letter that is going around the affiliate world right now from Carter Matzinger, the President of KSIX.com. Seems they are using the unfortunately recent demise of AffiliateWise.com to offer new affiliates a bailout. It’s perhaps one of the best intro letters I’ve ever read and really brings to light the constant problem of networks going out of business lately, and who can you trust. AffiliateWise.com was a huge disaster in a long string of networks that were having problems… and because of the nature of their sudden closing, a lot of affiliates will never get checks.
If you’ve never checked out KSIX, you should: they have the best website I’ve ever seen, and it really pokes fun at all the hype given to network corporate pages and even if you don’t sign up, worth laughing about.
